Buying for a biker is easy if you know what they are missing, and a disaster if you buy something they already have or that does not fit. These ideas work because they are useful for almost any rider.
Before you buy: three rules
- Do not surprise them with a helmet. Size and head shape are very personal. If you want to give one, go and choose it together, or give a voucher.
- Gloves: find out the size, or check the pair they already wear.
- Intercom: ask which brand their friends use. If they ride in a group on Mesh, it needs to be compatible. See Sena vs Cardo.
