Privacy policy

Summary

Riders Emotion does not ask for or store personal data: there are no forms, accounts, comments or newsletter. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics either.

Visitor statistics

To find out which pages are useful we use Umami, a statistics tool hosted on our own server. It uses no cookies and does not identify anyone: it counts visits in aggregate (page viewed, approximate country, device type and clicks on Amazon buttons). The data is not shared with third parties.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours automatically and temporarily logs the IP address, date and page requested. These logs are used only for security (detecting and blocking attacks), on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. They are not used to identify you, are not shared with third parties and are deleted periodically.

Links to Amazon

When you click a link to Amazon you leave this website. From that point Amazon's privacy policy applies; Amazon records that you arrived from here so it can attribute the affiliate commission. Riders Emotion receives no personal data about you and does not know what you buy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@ridersemotion.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country (in the UK, the ICO).
